I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and had a sofa, but unfortunately, it was not soundproof enough as noise from adjoining rooms could be heard. The service, however, was exceptional with the staff being incredibly accommodating and friendly. The location along the Mississippi River was beautiful, but the noise from passing trains in the middle of the night was a downside. The dining options were decent, especially the breakfast selection. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.

After long workdays, the comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep, even though the view faced the parking lot with a tree blocking the river. The room on the third floor was spacious, immaculately clean, and had perfect temperature control.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and neat, with a lovely balcony overlooking the Mississippi River. However, I found it challenging to close my curtains for privacy which was a bit inconvenient. The service from Michael, the General Manager, down to the desk and housekeeping staff was outstanding and created a warm welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect for shopping, casinos, and restaurants, all within a short drive. The dining experience offered a good variety of choices, especially the delicious warm cinnamon rolls. The facilities were well-kept and added to the comfort of my stay.
